Which systems connect to HubSpot, how, and who should build it
Each page answers the same four questions: whether a native app exists, what actually syncs, what a build takes in hours, and who has done it before. We are a Toronto consultancy that ships this middleware, so the answers come from systems that are running.
The first integration pages are in review. Tell us which system you need connected and we will answer directly, with the approach and the effort band.
How we choose an approach
We ask five questions in order and stop at the first yes. Latency, custom objects, volume and who maintains it in a year decide the rest.
| Approach | When it fits | Latency | Custom objects | Maintenance |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Native app | The marketplace app covers the objects you need, on the mapping it ships with. | Minutes to an hour | Rarely | The vendor carries it |
| HubSpot Data Sync | The app is supported, and you need field level mapping or two way behaviour it does not ship with. | Minutes | No | HubSpot carries it |
| Managed sync on Skyvia | The data is already structured, the mapping is stable, and a schedule is fast enough. | Hourly, by plan | Yes | We watch the chain |
| Automation platform | A handful of events a day, where per task pricing stays small and somebody watches it. | Seconds to minutes | Partly | Whoever built the scenario |
| Custom middleware | Business rules, a private system, high volume, or an object model the packaged tools cannot express. | Seconds, or the poll interval | Yes | We run it, or we hand it over |
Need a system we do not list yet?
Tell us the system and what you need it to do. We reply within one business day, and we say plainly when an integration is not the right answer.
Thanks, we will reply within one business day
Prash or Sean reads every one of these and comes back with a scope, or with the one question we need answered first.
